NE Annual Meet

Turtle I have some bad news on that Wally World battery and I must tell you to scrap it. If it froze it was fully discharged! Now that it buckled or swelled... it is a hazard to try to use again. I just posted a post on the NAFC forum to say that WalMart batteries were garbage in my opinion. I once bought two of them and I returned them in less than 30 days as they did not hold a charge or take on a charge as they should. I was fishing the LCI Derby and they did not last a day. They are JUNK and I highly suggest you buy a quality name brand such as an Exide or Interstate Deep Cycle Marine battery. I would return the battery and ask for a cash refund... if they won't refund your money.. take a new battery and then sell it or whatever.

Hello everybody. Jarhead emailed me the URL for this site and a bit of info why you have to have the site. Okay I am planning on being at Rogers Rock in May to meet you all. I am local to Lake George as I live a bit south of the lake. I also have a camp just 4 miles north of Rogers Rock. I won't stay or camp at Rogers Rock because I have my own RV down the road. If anybody needs some information on the area or if you have other questions... please ask and I may be able to help. Oh yeah I might have a few fishing tips too. I can't give away all my secrets but I can tell you there are fish out there in the lake. I can see the campsites from one of my favorite Lake Trout fishing areas. I also know some good fishing spots on Lake Champlain too.

OK guys----It probably wont do any good, but I just fired off an email to the NAFC to see if they cant really keep Bill Schooner off the NAFC Bulletin Board. He was banned from the board more than a year ago, and has weaseled his way back on under two different names. He makes the whole Northeast Meet look like a bunch of jerks and I for one dont like it. I dont usually say much, but he really pisses me off.
It might not hurt if some of you other members emailed them also. Its worth a try

If Bill Schooner is VT... he also has posted some negative stuff on the Fish307.com fishing forum. Fish307 is a local fishing sporting goods store located in Queensbury, NY just below the southern tip of Lake George. Fish307 also has a website to purchase fishing sporting goods and they host a fishing forum. I did read some post on that forum that were negative toward NAFC members and the meet. I am a new member of NAFC as I just joined last year and it bothers me to read his postings. It really made me rethink if I wanted to continue to be a NAFC member. So I too would like to see him stopped.

Oh by the way... just to get you all thinking about fishing at Lake George! I do know that there are Lakers in the area and I submit some proof.

Okay I thought I would submit proof or a photo of some nice lakers, but I have not figured out how to attach a photo here. Uploading a file or embeded pictures didn't work for me.

I think we should buck up and take it back to the NAFC BB. Post the damn dates and the great info page that used to be up. I won't put the dates myself just in case there is a legiimate security issue I'm not aware of...and if that's the case I would like to konw thats is why we haven't...I'll foloow the lead.

I think they shut his ass off again. The meet will go on... n' I for one would like to see the welcome be openly extended to others so it may even grow as it should...even in the shade Lil' Billy tries to cast.

I hate to think we as men could be bullied this way.

I think I have to agree with turtle in point that people should not be bullied by one individual. If we want to have a meet and call it a NAFC Meet, then it should be on the NAFC board for new members to see and to advertise it. I think as one member said on the forum was to just ignore troller and not answer his post. I did check out his Myspace page and as a new NAFC member I can tell he is a person with real problems. Wow he makes little sense and it appears to me that he is not a very intelligent person but has problems. I took a bit of time to try to understand and learn what was going on and I think I have some understanding... but what about other new members of NAFC that might want to attend the meet? Oh by the way Karl... I did email out a couple of photos of some lakers from the past season, didn't you receive them?

I just hate it every year he dredges up this old shit. I hate to think of all the people I could have met that that dick has scared away...He's really pissing me off. I've never done shit to him. If he decided not to attend...and thats what happened....he decided not to come anymore when people would not back him as he attacked others. The small glimps that I saw of his meltdown was when Bill and Sally offered to help out by cooking the common meals. We call him BBQBill for a reason. He showed up trailering a massive smoker unit, fed us to the gills (Because VT troller was saying it was so much work) and the thanks he got was VT troller saying he was tring to steal his place...oh yea and get rich quick hahaahh.

All I can say is it's almost a corectional institutuion mentality. Like his gang turned on him so there must be a new gang leader in charge. So then he attacks Patric the new "leader" who stole his thunder (in his eyes only). Not the Pat has ever said or done anything but try to keep the fishing going. Shit Pat, if it'll shut him up send him the damn banner and I'll foot for another! That is if he paid for it...

It's just a messed up view of the world he's got. All us or all them, only there was no them till he started bashing good people trying to help. people stuck up for em as they should...so here we are..

... So he keeps doing everything he can to ruin the meet every damn year....over and over again.

So who's got what site? I was just on the RRCG site and see that theres only 5 sites left in the loop. I think I'll try to grab #25. I'll go to the bank tomorrow and transfer some $$$ and get it under way. Looking forwards to seeing everyone again.
